- Making sure that buyers are happy with the links that they were provided - the moderation team will make sure that your link stays up for a minimum of 180 days, hopefully forever and if not will make sure that you receive your refund as per our policy
- Making sure that publishers aren’t getting their tasks rejected unnecessarily - We always look at all tasks that have been submitted, approved and completed in order to make sure that there is no foul play going on between any of our users
- Being attentive to details - our moderation team is trained in all things SEO and especially link building, we will be able to spot missing anchor text, the indexability of sites or pages and make sure that the link is still live
- Support around the clock - regardless of when you submit a query someone will answer you, we have team members dedicated to viewing problems and solving them as soon as possible, you can always expect your issue to be resolved within 72 hours on work days
- Dealing with problem users - if there are users who are operating in bad faith trying to scam, the moderation team will make sure that once discovered they will no longer be allowed back on the platform
- Resolving disputes between users - if needs be moderators can view chats between users to resolve issues that happen during the production of a content placement, content creation or link insertion
