Terms and Conditions

This agreement is hereby made between you and Adxom to govern your access to and use of its services.

If you continue to use this site, you confirm that you have understood and agree with the Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions of Adxom. In doing so, you also give consent to accept the payment providers available at Adxom. Adxom has the full authority to terminate the ongoing association between registered users if any sign of unlawful activity is found.

If you do not agree with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you must stop using Adxom's services. Adxom reserves the right to alter and amend these Terms and Conditions without formal notification. Each time you use the Services, the updated version of the Terms and Conditions will apply. You can review the most current version at any time at adxom.com.

1. Eligibility

The minimum age to register at Adxom is sixteen years. You agree that all details you provide are accurate and that Adxom may use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Adxom accounts cannot be transferred or assigned under any circumstances.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for a personal account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may not use a username that:

• (a) impersonates another individual, or
• (b) is offensive or vulgar.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Terms and Conditions for Buyers

As a Buyer, you have the right to choose platforms to promote your content, based on the details provided by Publishers on Adxom.

A task will be automatically rejected if:

• It remains in the Publisher’s Acceptance status for more than 14 days, or
• It is still in Progress for over 14 days without the Publisher submitting the task for your review.

You may contact Adxom’s support team and request reassignment of a Publisher if:

• The task has remained in progress for at least 5 days,
• The Publisher has not responded to messages,
• No updates have been provided on the task’s progress.

Pricing for all services is set individually by Publishers.

All communication between Publishers and Buyers is stored on Adxom's servers and may be reviewed to resolve disputes.

You may return content that does not meet the task requirements. You may not alter the task brief after a Publisher has started working on it.

Buyers must pay a commission to use Adxom's services. Payments are only released to Publishers after the task is completed.

If your account has insufficient funds, you must top up your balance. The minimum amount to add is $100.

A buyer account will be considered inactive after 180 days of no activity.

4. Terms for Article Purchases

As a Buyer, you may purchase content via your account. You must specify your desired topic, theme, category, and minimum word count.

4.1. Ordering an Article

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order information. Adxom is not liable for content created by writers, including any third-party rights violations or damages.

4.2. Acceptance of an Article

Once the writer submits the article, you may:

• Accept it,
• Request one revision within 3 days, or
• Reject it with a clear revision request.

4.3. Article Revision Request

If you do not submit a revision request within 3 days, the article is deemed accepted. Your revision request must be detailed and clear. If the writer fails to meet your requirements, you may reject the article. In that case, the reserved payment will be returned to your main balance.

Adxom retains the right to determine whether a rejection is justified.

4.4. Rights to Accepted Articles

You gain full rights to the article only after full payment is made. Once accepted, you may use, distribute, or sell the content however you choose.

5. Terms for Publishers

As a Publisher, you must accept tasks from Buyers within 5 days.

Tasks will be rejected if:

• They remain in the Your Acceptance status for more than 14 days, or
• They stay in Progress for over 14 days without submission.

Once you accept a task, you must complete it within the agreed timeframe.

You set your own prices for services.

Buyers may request up to three revisions. After that, they must approve the task and release payment.

You are prohibited from deleting content from the platform.

Adxom will resolve all disputes in accordance with its internal policies.

Breaches of these Terms may result in account suspension.

Payments will be transferred to your account balance upon task completion and buyer approval.

Withdrawals are only available for completed and approved tasks. A valid PayPal email must be provided.

If you remove a site before a task is completed, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer.

6. Refund Policy

All services are priced in Adxom credits. Payments may be made via PayPal or credit card. Once a service is purchased, refunds are not guaranteed.

If you believe a refund is justified, you may contact Adxom within 30 days of the transaction.

Refunds will not be granted for payments older than 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adxom is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use or inability to use its services or content.

8. No Warranty

Adxom does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any data or material on the site. All services are provided without any express or implied warranty.

9. Indemnification

By using Adxom, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adxom, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or services.

10. Third-Party Links

Adxom may link to third-party websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content on those sites. You are solely responsible for any interactions with linked sites.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for any violation of these Terms or for inappropriate behavior. Use of Adxom for adult content is strictly prohibited. Offending content or accounts will be removed without notice.
